ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations available during checkout.
Available shipping methods and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the customer's location and the products selected.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
Estimated delivery times are generally:
• United States: 7 to 20 business days after processing.
• International destinations: 10 to 30 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Customs inspections may result in additional delivery delays that are outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent to customers once an order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking updates may take several business days to become active.
Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Tork Store EUA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Customs inspections;
• Weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Force majeure events.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require payment of additional shipping charges before being resent.
We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.
